ABRAMS LAW was founded by Jonathan N. Abrams, a US-qualified attorney who practised law in the US, working with blue chip clients in the top tier of US Corporate and Commercial Law, both in-house and in private practice.

Upon his move back to London, as a qualified UK solicitor, Jonathan expanded his practice to cover the UK Corporate and Business law services, which he practices through Gregory Abrams Davidson Solicitors, where he is a Director (www.gadlegal.co.uk).

Jonathan has developed a client base across both US and UK legal systems and business practice areas and ABRAMS Law was established to work with and manage US-UK transactions and provide a dedicated, tailor-made advisory service to clients in the UK and EU to enable their US expansion plans.
